Does not recognise my phone number
New app is trash , doesn't work
Have used this app since going to Life Chiro with no problems. Now they have reopened after Covid app is just a blank screen it seem some have no problems while others have same as me. Have reinstaled about three times even restarted phone no go. This app keeps dropping out have to keep reregistering to open app old app was better.
No number of updates has fixed this totally useless ok so October 4th update got it actually working but I have appointments at 2 different clinics and if I change from one (Rayleigh) to the other (wickford) the appointments still show empty try again techi !
Couldn't update....disappointing
Update 26/9/21 - new App update means you now cannot see appointment details so cannot plan or change. Another poor change! Origional Post July 2020 - The APP was fine until they switched it off for covid and now they've reopened the app just produces a blank screen on galaxy 7s. My son has an iPhone and the app opens ok for him!
Update not worked. Since the update I cannot view my appointments, seems to have gone backwards instead of improving the experience
Since the update, unable to view appointments without selecting change. It appears like the screen resolution is set too high on app. Words do not fit inside boxes on mobile. Shrink down, may work.
This used to be a great app but since they turned it back on it's useless! Just get a blank screen now. So annoying!
Like others, just a blank screen on Android after their shutdown. Can't be that hard to turn it on. They're aware of it.
